TALK Consulting specializes in leadership/management consulting as well as emergency preparedness training. The president of Talk Consulting, Winston Butler, graduated from Voorhees College in Denmark, SC with a degree in Biology/Chemistry. He has completed more than 1,000 hours in managerial and leadership training.

Winston retired from the Westinghouse Savannah River Company with more than 30 years of leadership experience.

As a consultant, keynote speaker, professional trainer and author of numerous papers and training guides, Winston Butler has distinguished himself as a leader.

Winston Butler is the President of TALK Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in strategies to improve self-empowerment, team building, and management skills. The company has provided consulting and/or training for corporations, non-profit organizations, youth groups, professional associations, parent groups and school system professionals. Prior to his current position, he worked as a manager in several different departments for the Westinghouse Savannah River Company.

Winston is the President of 100 Black Men of Augusta, Inc., responsible for day-to-day operation of the organization. He serves on the Education Policy Committee for 100 Black Men of America and serves as secretary of the Olde Town Community Outreach Center Board of Directors, Augusta Georgia. He is past president of the Kalmia Toastmasters Club. Winston is also a member of the National Alliance of Black School Educators.

Winston is married, has one daughter and resides in North Augusta, South Carolina.
